ROVER's RULES

for CaniXC:
Pre-post run or walk, all dogs must be on a short leash. Dogs must be under control around other dogs, runners & walkers.  Owners, please be aware of children approaching your dog.  Clean up after your dog.  No dogs inside buildings.  We want this to be a fun, safe event for everyone and every dog.

Hills Are Alive Trail Run CaniXC

The 4th Annual Hills Are Alive Trail Run and 2nd Annual Hills Are Alive CaniXC are the perfect way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day on the  picturesque trails of KD County Park.

The CaniXC distance will be an estimated 3.25 miles, but you are also welcome to run or walk longer if so desired.  The trails are wide and welcoming, but do not be deceived by the beauty of the park as the hill-n-dale terrain will challenge you... chew you up and spit you out!   OK, I am getting a little carried away, but everyone likes to have a little fun!

Awards based on age and weight of your dog.  We will also have some fun and personal awards as well.  Swag... well we have a custom and unique approach... we have a Swag Buffet you can select from and decide what fits you best.  Once you are finished we will have Corned Beef Cabbage, Potatoes, Carrots, Beer, Soda, perhaps a fireball and other fun.  You are also welcome to bring treats to share with your fellow runners.

Make sure to read Rover’s Rules.  Thank you for your ongoing support and love for this sport.  Please contact us with any questions, ideas, etc.  Phone: 262-652-866  •  E-mail:
